These are some of the things that bring me joy! Yoga, hiking, running with friends and trail running. It has changed through the years, I played soccer for 10 years until this year and I loved climbing outdoors in my early twenties. The consistent theme is being outdoors, keeping active and staying socially engaged.

What brings you joy, peace or calm? Sometimes when times are difficult or busy it can be hard to remember the things that keep us centred and bring us joy, yet this is often the time when we need it most. Doing things that keep me grounded allow me to be my authentic present self when I am your physiotherapist, to help provide the best care possible 🙂
