This is me before the Huskisson Triathlon last weekend. I began sprint triathlons after my youngest son turned 3 and have been doing them for 8 years since. It was not something I considered before having kids, it was just something I wanted to do for myself.
Is there something you have been longing to do but have been held back or told not to do anymore? This may be because of pain, injury, fear, prolapse, leaking urine or another reason. You may want to play a team sport, run, lift or play with your kids. Not everyone wants to do a triathlon, the purpose of this post was to say that I will listen to what your individual goals are and help you move towards them. The feeling of freedom and possibility is priceless.
